• Camera with a Manual Shooting Mode (adjustable shutter speeds and f-stops.)
  35mm, Medium Format, and/or Large Format .
• Extra camera body for back-up
• Lenses should include wide-angle, normal, telephoto, macro if you have one. (Some telephotos lenses have a macro capability, which is fine.)
• 1.4x Tele-Converter
• Sturdy Tripod
• Cable Release
• Plenty of extra Batteries
• Adequate Memory/Film
• Circular Polarizer (Warming is good)
• Lens Hoods
• Split Neutral Density Filters are good for landscapes
• Notebook to record your exposures if you are shooting film
• Jewelers screwdrivers
• Swiss Army knife  (can't carry on a plane)
• Leatherman Pliers tool (can't carry on a plane)
