Workshop
Schedule & Policies
Payments - Can be made using PayPal, or by mail, using either Money Order or Personal Check. Payments must be received no later than 30 days prior to the workshop. Price does not include hotel or meals.
Cancellations/Refunds - If you choose to cancel, after you have paid for a workshop you will receive a refund IF and ONLY if we can re-sell your seat. If we have to cancel a workshop, everyone gets a full refund.
Credits towards Future Workshops
- If
you sign up and are unable to attend for health or business reasons, we will gladly issue you a credit for a future
workshop.
Holding Seats for Future
Payments -
We do not hold places without full
payment: In a effort to ensure fairness, all registrations are taken on a
first pay basis. Online credit card payments guarantee immediate
registration.
Money Orders and personal checks are credited on the day they
clear our bank. This policy protects the attendees and Aperture
Adventures Workshops.
Hotel Accommodations
- We'll recommend a hotel where we have a group rate. This will be our 'base
camp'.
You may use PayPal (which is free to join) for Credit Card
payment - or mail Money Orders/personal checks.
